Honey Brook "No. 85 1/2" Marking Gauge

The Honey Brook "No. 85 1/2" Marking Gauge is inspired by the design of the vintage Stanley No. 85 1/2 Panel Gauge. Of the three marking gauges I currently offer, the "85 1/2" has the largest head and a fence inlayed with either English boxwood or Yarran, an extremely dense and durable Australian timber in the Acacia family. 

The Honey Brook "No. 85 1./2" Marking Gauge features:

1. A 5" long head in the style of the Stanley No. 85 1/2 panel gauge, a shape that fits very comfortably in hand  
2. As with my standard Honey Brook Marking Gague, the "No. 85 1/2" is fitted with a 8" beam with a circular cutter which guarantees your lines will be crisp, accurate, and easy to see; and
3. The head features a fence fitted with dense hardwood to ensure longlasting durability.

After inspection, I hand-stamp each marking gauge with my maker's mark prior to delivery. I stand behind every tool that leaves my shop and each comes with a simple unconditional guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied contact me for a replacement or a full refund.

**Please note that there are two variants labelled as "prototype." As implied, these are my prototypes and their heads are slightly shorter than that of my final design.  This is simply a matter of aesthetics and does not affect the gauge's function.
