Honey Brook Winding Sticks--Special Edition--24" Winding Sticks in Granadillo and Tiger Maple

When dimensioning stock for a project, winding sticks are an important tool to remove any twist from your wood.  The Honey Brook Winding Sticks are beautifully handmade for this purpose. This special edition set is 24" in length, making them perfect for wider boards and panels.

This set of Honey Brook Winding Sticks are made to the following specifications.

1. This pair of winding sticks are made from premium quartersawn Granadillo with tiger maple sighting inlays. Granadillo is a beautiful and dense tropical hardwood from South America. This particular wood has a rusty red hue to it and displays beautiful straight grain. 
2. These winding sticks are 24" long, approximately 9/16'" wide at the base tapering to 1/4" at the top and are 1 7/8" tall.
3. The Granadillo is complemented with tiger maple sighting inlays that are hand cut and inlayed.
4. As with my other tools, the Honey Brook Winding Sticks receive hand-mixed shellac followed by Alfie Shine hard wax.
